SHIPPING & RETURNS
How long would it take for me to receive my order?
It usually takes 5-8 working days. However we use third party couriers to ship the products and in some unforeseen circumstance, it may take a longer time than what it usually takes. So in case you are making a time sensitive order ( like a birthday gift or something ), Please reach out to us and check the possible delivery date before making the order. We would do our best to make sure it reaches on time.
How do I check the status of my dispatch?
We would be sending you an email with a link to check the order status as soon as you place the order. You can also check the order status from the Order Tracking Link in the footer of our website.
Can I cancel an order made?
We would normally be shipping your goods to our fulfillment centre within an hour of the order and hence it would be difficult for us to cancel an order after that :-( . So once an order is placed ( and you think you don’t need it ) Please receive the order and ask for a return, You would however incur shipping charges on the same.
RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
Will I be able to Return the goods if I don’t like it?
Yes! You can certainly choose to return the products if you don’t like it within 3 days of receiving the order. In that case, we would refund your money excluding the shipping and handling charges alone.
What if Ordered Products are missing from the box?
In the rare case of products being missing in your box, we would definitely make up for the missing items. Please shoot a clear video of opening the box and unboxing all articles from it at the time when you first open the box and send it to us and we would do the needful.
Can I return an order if I damage the box while unpacking?
We would require the returned items to have their original packing. The merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We would also require all original papers to be returned with the product. So please take off the box carefully and retain it.
Can I return the product if I get it broken?
Please email and/or Whatsapp the unboxing video and pictures of the damaged product and box within 24 hours of receiving your order. Melbify will send a replacement of the damaged product(s).
How long does it take to process a return/ refund?
Roughly around 15 days
