Ingredients:
- 2 oz. tequila
- 1 oz. triple sec
- 1 oz. lime juice
- 2 oz. strawberry puree
- Salt for rim

Directions:
- Rim the edge of a glass with salt by rubbing a lime wedge around the rim and dipping it into salt.
- In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and strawberry puree.

4.Frozen Peach Bellini using Flute Glass.

Ingredients:
- 2 cups frozen peach slices
- 1 bottle of Prosecco
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- Peach slices for garnish
Directions:
- In a blender, blend frozen peach slices until smooth.
- In a small saucepan, bring sugar and water to a boil, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool.
- In a champagne flute, add 1-2 tablespoons of peach puree and top with Prosecco.
